Vina Kyoei Steel Co., Ltd. was established in January 1994 among Japanese partners: Kyoei Steel Corporation, Mitsui Corporation, Marubeni – Itochu Steel Corporation, and Vietnam Steel Corporation – JSC.

Starting production in January 1996, Vina Kyoei supplied to the market with steel products in large quantities, accounting for 25% of the total annual steel consumption in Vietnam. Up to now, Vina Kyoei steel has achieved many quality standards in the world, especially JIS Certification of Japan Quality Assurance Organization for production management and quality according to Japanese industry standards, this is also the first and only unit in the steel industry to get this certification.

In 2013, with the need to expand production scale, Vina Kyoei Group decided to start construction of Vina Kyoei steel factory located in Phu My industrial park in Ba Ria – Vung Tau with an area of ​​up to 17 hectares. Hao Phuong’s 110 kW substation project is implemented by Hao Phuong as one of the main contractors that Vina Kyoei Group believes in.

Since its completion until now, Vina Kyoei has always been known as one of the largest scale factories in the region with completely new and synchronous equipment based on modern and advanced Japanese technology.
