To continue the success of the first writing contest in 2019. From March 13, 2020, to March 24, 2020, the second writing contest will be held under the theme “Hao Phuong 15 years of establishment and develop”. This writing contest is open to all members who have been and are currently working in Hao Phuong Company.
Content of the entries
The year 2020, marking the formation and development process of Hao Phuong Company in the past 15 years, is a new turning point for writing up new good things.
Beside, in order to create close activities, listen to the feelings, thoughts, of members who have been working at Hao Phuong Company. The second writing contest “Hao Phuong – 15 years of establishment and development” took place with many interesting contents as follows:
- The feeling about the people and the working environment in Hao Phuong.
- Hao Phuong’s achievements and products.
- Memorable memory with Hao Phuong.
- Articles about the social activities, cultural activities and sports of Hao Phuong.
- Successful and difficult periods that Hao Phuong experienced.
Contestants will select the content of the article based on the above aspects. Thereby, expressing the theme of this contest “Hao Phuong – 15 years of establishment and development”.
Participants
All officers and employees of Hao Phuong Company.
Officers and staff have been absent but enthusiastic to join (via email, facebook).
Requirement for entries
The entries may be prose, narrative, commentary, poem written about Hao Phuong under the theme “Hao Phuong – 15 years of establishment and development”.
The length of entries to be entered in the contest should not exceed 2,500 words.
Language : Vietnamese with accented typing according to Times New Roman font standard/size 14.
Each author can only participate in the competition with 01 work. Absolutely not copy, get articles from other sources (if found, the work will be canceled contest).
Contest time
- Join time: From March 13, 2020 to March 24, 2020.
- Time to announce results and award prizes: March 27, 2020.

After completing the contest entries, the authors will send their works to the company’s email box, at the email address: info@haophuong.com, with the following method:

Valid entries will be confirmed by the Organizing Committee via phone or personal email of the author.

The organizers are not responsible for the incorrect information of contestants.
Entries must not violate Vietnam’s ethics, traditions and culture.
The work not be reproduced or published on other media.
The author is responsible for copyright for the content and images in the contest entries.
The author of the entry must be responsible for the authenticity of the information in the article (if the information is incorrect the Organizing Committee will remove from the competition).
Hao Phuong has full rights to use the content and artwork in the submitted works without paying any fee.
Grading criteria
The maximum points scale is 10 points, of which:
- Interpretation (maximum of 5 points): beautiful Presentation, clear, coherent and easy to understand (with illustrated images as an advantage).
- Content (maximum 5 points): Unique content has meaning, clearly showing the content of thought and purpose of the competition. To promote Hao Phuong’s cultural tradition, transmit messages and engage in exchanges between Hao Phuong officials and employees.
Prize structure
- 01 First Prize, prize value: VND 1,500,000
- 02 Second prizes, each prize worth: 500,000 VND
- In addition, works that participate in the right topic and will also receive a prize, each prize worth 200,000 VND
