Preparation

Hao Phuong had 90 days to prepare the mechanical processing. By the beginning of December 2019, the technical team transported robots, conveyors, machines and equipment to the factory to begin the installation phase of the system. By the end of January 2020, the system was completely installed, completed the test cabinet phase and program test operation.

Palletizing Robot system is deployed

Hao Phuong Robot Palletizing system is designed to work with a fully automatic pallet feeder system. This is an integrated system of:

Robot arm.
Sensor system.
Safety barrier.

All equipment is manufactured domestically, using standard mechanical equipment.

Exceptional Features

Built-in Checkweigher to check product weight, automatically remove The product does not reach the weight..
Working capacity reaches 900 bags/hour.
The robot has 180kg payload, can work with 2 production lines.
The gripper is capable of stacking multiple packing sizes: 10kg and 20kg.
