On the morning of 12/10, Hao Phuong JSC organized a training session on occupational safety and sanitation. This is a meaningful lesson and was enthusiastically attended by the Hao Phuong staff.

Safety – occupational hygiene plays an extremely important role. Workers should be fully equipped with knowledge. It must be like that, so everyone can rest assured, preventing risks.. in order to bring high efficiency in the work.

Recently, many accidents related to occupational safety and sanitation unfortunately happened. This leads to great human and property losses. The main reason is that employees do not know about occupational safety and sanitation.
Recognize the role and the importance of occupational safety and health. HPC cooperated with City Safety Inspection JSC to organize a training course to help employees better understand the regulations on occupational safety and sanitation.

It is known that this is the first year Hao Phuong organized this activity and prioritized training for departments of production divisions including Production, R&D, quality management and logistics.
In the future, this will be Hao Phuong’s annual activity. Towards the goal of safety protection – hygiene for workers. At the same time, it helps workers to rest assured working and ensure strict standards.

Nearly 100 Hao Phuong employees enthusiastically participated and have gained additional knowledge such as:
- A better understanding of the State’s policies on occupational safety and sanitation.
- Understood the general safety regulations on management and use of vehicles, equipment, supplies…
- Proficient implementation of safety-hygiene measures when working.
- Preventing unforeseen risks and accidents.
- Promote information and rise awareness for employees.
In particular, at the end of the training, the staff will have to take the test. This is the basis for giving cards for students who have successfully completed the course.
