Common errors of FUJI Inverter and How to fix them

In the previous part, we learned about motor overload errors, inverter overload, memory errors and communication errors of the inverter. Continue the series of common errors on Fuji Electric inverter in this part, Hao Phuong would like to send to customers the solution to fix CPU errors, communication errors, accessory errors, operation errors.

1.Er 4 – Option comunications error

	Possible causes	Checking and fixing
1	There is a connection problem between the card option and the inverter.	Check the connection between the card option and the inverter.
2	There is a large noise signal from the outside environment.	Check the installation of the inverter in accordance with the working environment conditions. Take measures against noise.
3	There are several errors of wires connecting the encoder to the card option.	Check the encoder and option card and how to connect correctly. Check the wire.

2.Er 5 – Option error

	Possible causes	Checking and fixing
1	Encoder error.	replace new encoder.

3. Er 6 – Run operation error

	Possible causes	Checking and fixing
1	Multi-level speed control setting error.	Check functions from L11 to L18 functions. Change configuration settings.
2	The braking unit is not correct according to the brake control program.	Check the condition of the brake signal with the brake control program. Reconfigure L84 function.

4.Er 7 – Tuning error

	Possible causes	Checking and Fixing
1	Loss of phase connection between inverter and motor	check the contactor between motor and inverter.
2	V / f or motor rated current has not been set.	Check if the F04, F05, P02 and P03 installation functions are correct for the engine specification
3	The rated power of the motor is not compatible with the inverter.	Check the rated power of the smaller motor of 3 or more drives. Review the inverter capacity Set the coefficients of the engine (P06, P07, P08 and P12) manually.
4	Special motor	Set the coefficients of the engine (P06, P07, P08 and P12) manually.
5	Error during operation	Do not press the STOP key on the keyboard during tuning.
6	Overload flow is drifted.	Short circuits or broken wires or mass hits. Check that the installation function (F04, F05, P02, and P03) is correct for the motor properties.
