Common errors of FUJI Inverter and How to fix them

In the previous part, we have learned about communication errors, accessory errors, operation errors, errors due to inverter output. Continue the series of common errors on Fuji Electric in this part , Hao Phuong would like to send to the customer the error correction solution related to the connection, host and card option

ER8 – RS485 Error

	Possible causes	Checking & Fixing
1	Connection standard between different inverter and host	Compare the y function settings (Y01, Y10) with the host. Change that difference.
2	Although Y08 has been installed, the connection is not installed correctly as the workflow	Check the host. Change the Host software, or ignore the error (Y08)
3	Host controls incorrectly or software / hardware errors	Check the host Remove the host to check.
4	The converter (RS485) is incorrect between connection and installation or hardware failure	Check RS485 Change RS485 converter, reconnect or change hardware.
5	Connection loss due to cable breakage or bad contact	Check cables, contact points. Replace the cable
6	Large noise signal caused to the drive	Check the installation of the inverter in accordance with the working environment conditions. Take measures against noise. Replace the higher RS485 cable.

ERH – Hardware Error

1	Card option is broken	replace card option

ECF – EN terminal Circuit Error

	Possible	Checking & Fixing
1	The circuit is damaged	Change control circuit

PG – Disconnection Error

	Possible	Checking & Fixing
1	Some signals between the encoder and option card are broken	Check the connection between the encoder and the option card. Check the signal line between card option terminals correctly with the instruction manual.
2	Large noise signal caused to the drive	Check installation of inverters in accordance with working environment conditions. Take measures against noise.
