Common errors of FUJI Inverter

Continuing the series of common errors on Fuji Electric , Hao Phuong would like to send to customers a solution to overcome engine overload, inverter overload, memory errors and communication errors at Fuji Electric inverter

1. OL 1 – Motor Overload

	Possible causes	checking & fixing
1	Engine temperature exceeds the permitted level.	Check engine value. Change function parameters F10 and F12.
2	Motor protection parameters are not suitable.	Continue to check the engine’s permissible line. Change parameters of function F11.
3	Load too heavy	Check the output line. Changing parameters depends on the load

2. OLU – Inverter Overload

	Possible causes	checking & fixing
1	Engine temperature exceeds the permitted level.	Check the room temperature. Cooling the inverter.
2	Load too heavy	Check the output line. Define the parameters of the F26 function.
3	Ventilation door is blocked.	Check and clean. Check the inverter cooling fan
4	The working time of the cooling fan is prolonged or due to the fan life.	checking the fan, replace if necessary

3. Er 1 – Memory error

	Possible causes	checking & fixing
1	While the drive is recording data (especially if it is installing or copying data), power is lost or voltage drop.	Testing by pressing the RESET key can be reset and then the control code is reset by reinstalling the H03 function code to 1. Return to the original installation function code and start the installation again.
2	Large noise signals are caused to the Inverter when It records data.	Check the installation of inverter in accordance with the working environment conditions, can be checked as (1). Take measures against noise. Return to the original installation function code and start rooting again.
3	The control circuit is faulty.	Reinstall the function code by setting the H03 function to 1, reset the fault by pressing the RESET key. This error is caused by the fault of the circuit. Contact Fuji.

4. Er 2 – Keypad communication

	Possible causes	checking & fixing
1	The cable is broken or there is a connection problem.	Check the cable. Cable ends and contacts. Replace the cable
2	Large noise signal caused to the drive.	Check the installation of the inverter in accordance with the working environment conditions. Take appropriate anti-noise solutions
3	The keyboard has a problem	Try changing the other keyboard for the drive to see if it still gives an error. If it does not report an Er2 error , the keyboard was fail. Replace the new keyboard.
