Common errors of FUJI Inverter

Following part 1, in this part, Hao Phuong would like to send to customers how to fix the error of overheating protection error, internal overheating fault, external fault on Fuji Electric inverter.

  1.  OH1 – Cooling fan overheat 

Possible causes

Checking and Fixing

The temperature of the inverter exceeds the allowed temperature

Check the temperature around the inverter

Ventilation door is blocked

Clean the inverter
Check if the cooler is blocked

The working time of the cooling fan exceeds the normal level, or the cooling fan fails

Check the fan working time.
Replace fan.
Visual inspection whether the rotary fan is abnormal or not

Load too heavy

Check the output line.

 

  1. OH2 – External alarm 

Possible causes

Checking and Fixing

Error function of external device

Check if the external device is working.
Removing any device causes an error

Connection errors

Check if the fault line is correctly connected to the terminal (External failure) (E01-08, E98, E99 set to 9)

Wrong settings

Resetting.

 

  1. OH3 – Inverter inside overheat

Checking and Fixing

The ambient temperature exceeds the allowable limit of the inverter

Check the ambient temperature
Improve the ambient temperature by improving the inverter cooling system

 

  1. OH4 – Motor protection

Possible causes

Checking and Fixing

The temperature around the motor exceeds the allowed temperature of the engine

Check the temperature around the engine

Cooling fan system failed

Check cooling and repair system if damaged.
