Principle of operation
When electricity is applied to a coil, magnetic flux is produced in the electromagnet. This flow of magnetic flux will produce an electromagnetic force. When the electromagnetic force is greater than the mechanical force, the cap is drawn towards the static magnetic circuit. On the magnetic circuit, there is a short circuit attached to prevent vibration. This ring causes the dynamic contact to contact the static contact. Static contacts are mounted on the busbar. The other end of the guide has a screw that catches the wire in and out. The contact springs work to maintain the necessary contact pressure on the contact. At the same time, the auxiliary contact is closed for normally open auxiliary contacts and opens for normally closed contacts. Release springs are compressed.

When the power into the coil is disconnected, the flow will drop to zero. At the same time, the electromagnetic force generated by it is reduced to zero. The release spring then pushes the entire dynamic of the contactor up and cuts off the load current. When the dynamic contact is separated from the static contact of the main magnetic circuit, an arc will appear between the two contacts. Thanks to the partitions in the arc stamping chamber, the arc will be extinguished.
Difference between the push button and rotary switch
Push buttons, rotary switches and cam switches are all common switches. A switch is an electronic component that can open circuits, interrupting current. Or make them flow into other circuits. So what exactly is the difference between these 3 types of switches?
The push-button switch is actually a single switch unipolar. The switch is connected by pressing the button to turn on the power. The best example is the power switch on the main box of the computer. The rotary switch has only a small “handle” that can be pulled in many directions. This “small” handle is disconnected when it is in the most central position (ie when the small handle is perpendicular to the switch). Pull direction, then turn on different circuits.
